Hello everyone! We are less than a week from our big event!!!

Almost 700 people said they were coming!!!  We are so excited to see everyone ... but that's a lot of people to come all at once. We are hoping we can have more of an "open house" feel where people come and go at different times so there's not a mad rush at the registration table, or a mile-long line to take a a photo with Dr. Sam. (FYI - It is not a real open house - the work areas and buildings will be closed .)

To help stagger the day, we have updated the agenda a little bit:

Doors open at 11 a.m. and close at 5 p.m.

During this time:

There will be snacks and refreshments throughout the day.

Photo backdrops will be up for group or individual photos.

A "tree of life" will honor our Nutrilite friends who have passed.

A photo slideshow will be playing in the COH Auditorium

Receive a souvenir gift as you leave (1 per couple)

Noon and 3 p.m.: Remarks by Dr. Sam

1 and 4 p.m.  Group photos in front of the COH

Every hour: A raffle prize drawing for a Nutrilite give bag.

Please consider coordinating your "open house" arrival time with your friends, and consider carpooling to help ease parking congestion.

You may park in the front and back Nutrilite parking lots, but you will have to walk around the buildings up to the front of the COH to check in. 

As a reminder: please bring your ID to check in, and consider a hat or sunscreen. 

Q. Can I bring my spouse or children?
A. You can bring one guest. This is not the annual family picnic - the goal is just to reconnect with old coworkers.

Q. Why is Dr. Sam hosting this gathering?
A. Amway annual picnics only include current employees, but with Buena Park closing soon, Dr. Sam wants to make sure we all have a way to stay connected, and he wants us all to see each other at Nutrilite at least one last time together.

Q. Will there be or can I bring alcohol?
A. No. This event is taking place on the Nutrilite campus. No alcohol is permitted.

Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Sadly no. It is still a manufacturing facility so no pets are allowed. The only exception is a certified service animal.

Who? Anyone who worked at any Nutrilite facility. (Plus 1 guest)

What? A casual gathering for employees to mingle and reconnect.

Food? Yes. Casual tacos or sandwiches and agua frescas

Nutrilite is still a secure campus. Bring your RSVP confirmation and a valid ID.

The event is outside. Bring or wear a hat and/or sunscreen.

Of course you’re going to want to take pictures! Bring a camera or phone, and maybe some of your favorite photos from the past!
